The doctorseyes ultrabright mouth mirrors outshine everything that has gone before in the field of dental photography. The elaborately produced ultrabright coating achieves reflectance levels of 99.9 % across the entire visible color spectrum. No other mirror can achieve a higher color fidelity.

The reflection performance is not homogeneous in relation to the color spectrum. For rhodium mirrors

In conventional oral dental mirrors, the sensitive reflective coating is usually applied to the back of the dental mirror. However, incident light is reflected twice. Once through the actual dental mirror layer on the back, a second time through ther through the front glass surface. The result is disturbing double or ghost images:

Care instructions for dental photo mirrors :
Our dental photo mirrors are Class 1 medical devices with a very smooth surface. The autoclaving process is basically possible but not necessary. We recommend wipe disinfection with disinfectant solutions for surface disinfection (e.g. ID212 forte, BIB forte, Lysetol FF etc.) Please do not use any aggressive or highly acidic disinfectants!

The shapes of the photomirrors have been tested and optimized for their suitability in dental practice in numerous test series. Thanks to the special design, an optimum combination of imaging surface, safe handling and comfort for the patient has been found. Four different sizes are available for the occlusal overview image. Special optimized forms have been developed for buccal and lingual exposures.
